We have worked with different real estate agents over our many years living in Florida. We were introduced to Tracy through a friend who had a great experience with her. After using Tracy for our last 4 transactions we have to say she is by far the BEST. She is friendly, professional, thorough, trustworthy, answers texts immediately, and makes sure all the details are taken care of before, during and after the sale. Our last transaction was selling our home and using the proceeds to buy another home the same day. Tracy made this complicated situation seamless and stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and of course we would definitely use her in the future.

Didn't have the best experience working with Tracy. It was disappointing to see how, at several points during the process, she was more concerned about her commission than my best interests. One such example was when, after the inspection, the buyers requested a $3000 credit. Instead of fighting for me, she practically begged me to cave in and give them $3000 (I already came down $13,000) so as to "not blow up the deal." No, thanks. I told her that the buyers could take the property as-is (it was basically a new construction home) or walk. The buyers gave up their request without any pushback. So, in other words, I had to tell Tracy how to negotiate for me, which became the pattern for the entirety of the transaction. Aside her lack of negotiation skills, I remember several occasions during which she would talk over me while on the phone.Overall just not a pleasure to work with. I don't usually write such reviews but feel others considering buying/selling with her should absolutely know about her negotiation skills. And, at least during my transaction, she was on her side, not my side.I would have more money in my pocket had I worked with someone else.

Tracy was beneficial in getting our home sold at the best possible price in the market. Very happy with the process. Would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs whether buying or selling. Knows the area well and cares about the clients
